Description
This is the guitar transcription of this great gypsy jazz waltz “Chez Jacquet”. It’s a Django’s composition but it seems that he never actually recorded it. The version is from Matelo Ferret who played alongside Django many years.
I tried to write the slide effect as clearly as possible. I didn’t write each note because it’s more an effect than a precise line, just listen to the recording to understand.

I thought the transcription itself was excellent – my disappointment was with the PDF, which was unable to be converted to the MuseScore format. I like to use MuseScore because it allows me to break up the music into smaller chunks, change the font size, make my own
notations, add playback and other things. I’ve had great success in converting other music PDFs to the MuseScore format, but for some reason this one didn’t work out.
But thank you for a wonderful transcribing project !
