Here is the description of this piece by Samy Daussat : It is a traditional tune that he learned directly from Bero Landauer and Samson Reinhardt. You can hear it on the albums of Bero Landauer, Raphaël Faÿs, or Schnuckenack Reinhardt, under the titles “Nadeshi Veliona” or “Ballade à Samson.”
It is a very heartfelt ballad with harmony that is typical of the style. A truly beautiful piece, all in all.

I love the Bero Landauer transcriptions very much, just like all of the Gypsy guitar stuff.
