This is the guitar transcription of 4 solos over “Rose Room” played by Charlie Christian. I also transcribe the Benny Goodman head and the intro.
There is 4 solos, the first one, the most famous, is from the recording. The others are alternate live takes.
In the PDF version I chose to transpose all the chorus in F also because in gypsy jazz we always play this tune in F.

Ce que j’aime particulièrement, c’est qu’il n’y a pas que le transcription du solo de Charlie Christian, mais aussi les thèmes, et les B joués par Benny Goodman. Ça me permet d jouer les morceaux en entier. C’est précieux. Et les transcriptions sont bien faites.
